Natural nutrition consulting applies evidence-based research for dietary, supplemental and lifestyle recommendations to create a comprehensive wellness plan that is unique to meet the person's individual needs. Through education, she hopes to empower others to take on an active role in their health journey so they can live their best lives. Sarah specializes in personalized plant based-diets; using live, natural and whole foods for meal planning and dietary recommendations.
